Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop

Engage your imagination, explore feelings, emotions and thoughts in this healing workshop allowing you to explore your grief in a safe space and at your own pace. There is no right or wrong way to express our grief.

Using a variety of expressive arts, we can create tools that give us an opportunity to create new meaning often leading to deeper meaning.

Catherine Lamb is the expressive arts facilitator at the New West Hospice Society. She hosts a monthly Expressive Arts Therapy session for members of our Compassionate Community who are dealing with grief and loss. Exploring these difficult emotions through various artistic mediums isn’t about creating the perfect art piece, but about self-discovery and healing practices.
