Expressive Art Therapy

Free Grief Support and Art Drop In

You are invited to join our monthly group led by Catherine Lamb, Expressive Arts Facilitator

Expressive arts therapy is an inter-modal, therapeutic practice. We focus on visual arts, writings, movement and dance, music, voice, imaginative play and more!

By engaging the imagination, we create opportunities to identify and explore our grief experience. We explore ways to heal through self-soothing and self-regulation within the expressive arts framework.

The art space is a safe and caring place to explore feelings, emotions and thoughts. There is opportunities to share with others our personal grief stories, we can learn so much from each other.

No art experience necessary.
