Compassionate Helpers
Volunteers who are passionate about providing on call help with events and general support.
Community Event Crew
Members of our community who with a passion to act as Representatives for the Hospice Society during community events.
Our Volunteers
- Have maturity, common sense and the ability to be discrete and sensitive
- Understand confidentiality
- Are confident and outgoing, relate well to others and communicate effectively
- Have a good sense of humour
- Are good organizers, can manage paperwork, and are comfortable on the phone
- Understand & maintain personal boundaries
- Have a clean Criminal Record Check and good character references
