Join us on Sunday, August 17 for our Expressive Art Therapy drop-in!

Expressive arts is a therapeutic practice using a variety of modalities, integrating healing practices with creative expression and imagination to assist you with your grief.

Our monthly expressive arts group provides a safe space to explore grief and loss, share stories, and support each other.

No art experience is necessary
