We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our small, friendly team in our small office.

Duties focus on monitoring and coordinating incoming phone and email messages, filing statutory reports, coordinating purchasing and bill payment documents for the bookkeeper, some data entry, and assorted responses to organizational needs like photocopying, making bank deposits, etc. as they arise.

This position will be filled immediately.  It requires a friendly, calm, detail-oriented person with excellent problem-solving abilities, common sense, and a good sense of humour.
